Schroders Private Equity Services ("SPES") is regulated in Guernsey by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Schroders plc is regulated by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA"). SPES is guided by both bodies, with particular emphasis on adherence to FSA standards.

We are associate members of both the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ("EVCA") and the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ("BVCA").
