Schroders Private Equity Services ("SPES") is regulated in Guernsey by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission ("GFSC") and in Bermuda by the Bermuda Monetary Authority ("BMA"). Schroders plc is regulated by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA"). SPES is guided by these bodies, with particular emphasis on adherence to FSA standards.

We are associate members of both the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ("EVCA") and the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ("BVCA").

Regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Bermuda Monetary Authority.

Schroder Administrative Services (Bermuda) Limited is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Schroders plc and is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Funds Act 2006.
