Schroders Private Equity Services

On 1 July 2010, Schroders announced that following receipt of regulatory approval, it has completed the sale of its third party private equity administration services businesses, Schroder Administrative Services (Bermuda) Limited and Schroder Administrative Services (C.I.) Limited to J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited. The proposed sale was announced on 29 April 2010.
