With extensive networking opportunities, you’ll build contacts with other interns and senior Schroders employees and managers. It’s a great way to get under the skin of the business and talk to experienced professionals about possible directions for your future career.
Through a number of different roles you’ll hone your finance skills, from financial management and strategy, to planning and commercial analysis. Supporting different business teams, you’ll learn everything there is to know about how financial expertise supports our global organisation.
You won’t just have plenty of early responsibility. You’ll also be encouraged to challenge how we do things, come up with new ideas and influence major decisions. So your thinking could make a real difference to the way we work.
You’ll start with a thorough induction that will set you up to take the Investment Management Certificate Exam. Then, alongside on-going technical training, you’ll study for a professional qualification – either the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
