We have built a highly successful business for more than 200 years by understanding how to get the best out of talented and ambitious people. For you as a graduate, that means you'll be empowered to make your own career decisions and given the freedom to thrive in a meritocratic environment.

We'll begin by providing both financial support and generous study leave to help you gain professional qualifications. All graduates will undertake the IMC (Investment Management Certificate) during the first few weeks of the induction programme. Investment graduates will then continue by studying for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification, while finance graduates will work towards Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Distribution and IT graduates will be encouraged to pursue qualifications which are relevant to their roles.

The growth opportunities won't stop once you finish your initial training. Throughout your career, our dedicated Learning & Development team will ensure you have the support to continuously develop your skills and knowledge - and you'll also be encouraged to move forwards within Schroders by taking advantage of the wide range of career development options within our large and diverse business.
