For Recruiters and Head-hunters
Schroders (including Schroder & Co and Schroders NewFinance Capital) recognise the valued service provided by those agencies and recruitment suppliers contracted to provide recruitment solutions and instructed to submit candidates. As such, we have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of Agencies and Retained Search / Head-hunters with whom we have agreed terms and conditions.
Only suppliers who have signed terms and conditions with Schroders may place candidates with Schroders, and will receive instruction to do so.
Schroders shall not and are under no obligation to pay any fee resulting in the placement of a candidate unless the supplier has signed terms and conditions with Schroders and has been instructed to submit candidates by the HR Recruitment Team. The decision of the HR Recruitment Team is final in this matter.
We have now completed our review of the Permanent PSL and will contact suppliers directly who we wish to include in the next stage of the process. If you have not been contacted by January 31st 2012 then you have not been shortlisted and we thank you for your interest in working with Schroders.
The next review of the Permanent PSL will not take place until the end of Q4 2014.
The PSL for Temporary and Contract Agencies is not being reviewed at this time and is now closed to new suppliers. Any updates will be published here.
