The 6-strong Multi-Manager Team was formed in 2002 and focus on two interrelated functions - management of Schroders range of Multi-Manager portfolios and research of third party investment funds. The team focuses on identifying high conviction managers and a strong commitment to alternative assets. These approaches in combination with a emphasis on overall risk management has lead to a continued market leading performance.
The Multi-Manager process uses a combination of strong quantitative work with the all-important face to face assessment to assess the quality of managers. The Multi-Manager team have successful products in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East.
In addition to running their own retail funds, the Multi-Manager Team play an important role in the management of multi-asset portfolios providing valuable input into the selection of third party funds for our institutional clients.
