Rupert embarked on his investment career in 1984 with NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd. In 1986, he joined Rothschild Asset Management as an investment analyst before becoming a portfolio manager in the private client business and eventually heading up the UK private client business. Rupert’s move to Schroders in 2001 followed the acquisition of Beaumont Capital.
