Andrew joined Schroders in 2010 from Merrill Lynch where he was Managing Director and Head of the Discretionary business in EMEA. His early career was spent in investment banking and corporate finance in London and Tokyo with SG Warburg. In 1995 he transferred to Mercury Asset Management, the investment management arm of the firm, and held a number of investment and business leadership roles.

Andrew is a Director of Schroder & Co. and a member of the Group's Private Banking Executive Committee.
