Glenn joined Schroders Private Banking in 2008. He writes investment proposals for clients and for client intermediaries, and he is responsible for client presentations. Glenn has worked previously as a university lecturer and has co-founded research forums across several UK universities and research institutes as well as in the British Library.

He has a BA (Hons) in English Studies, an MA in Reading Postmodernity, and a PhD in English Renaissance Philosophy from the University of Leicester.
