We appreciate your interest in a career at Schroders. In order that you can apply for vacancies we will request certain information from you.

Any personal information you provide us with will be held and treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection legistation and used only to consider your application and, if appropriate, progress that application. In addition, we may anonymise the information that you provide and use that anonymised data to aggregate statistics about our applicants including to monitor the application of our equal opportunities policies.

By providing your email address, telephone number(s) and fax number(s), you consent to Schroders contacting you via those means. We will only contact you in connection with your application or as you indicate in your application.
If your application is not successful we may keep your details on file in case a suitable position becomes available. In those circumstances, your application will be destroyed after 2 years and all your details on our systems will be anonymised and used only for statistical purposes. If your application is successful, data from your application will be retained as part of our staff records.

Other than as set out in this policy, we will not give any of your personal data to any third party unless we have a legal obligation to do so or we obtain your consent.
