Worldwide at your service
Schroders is one of the largest independent asset management companies with
offices worldwide. We focus exclusively on asset management and we manage the
whole spectrum of investments in equity and fixed income products, money market
instruments, real estate, private equity and hedge funds around the world.
Longstanding experience & highly qualified staff
Schroders has over 200 years of investment experience and is one of the largest
asset managers listed on the London Stock Exchange. From a merchant bank founded
in 1804, we have developed into an internationally recognised asset management
company, currently employing 2501 highly qualified staff worldwide.
Primary research - a successful investment strategy
We use the most up-to-date research and analysis tools to evaluate the market.
We know how much experience matters and therefore only hire investment experts
with a proven track record. Primary research forms a major part of our investment
strategy - we visit companies and conduct face-to-face talks with senior
management, rather than relying on third-party opinions and analysis.
Independent in the interest of our partners
Independence is crucial to us. This is true both with respect to the solid financial
situation and stability of our company as well as our business. We focus exclusively
on asset management, thus avoiding conflicts of interest of any kind. This independence
gives us the freedom to act solely in the interest of our partners.
