Rachel Beagles (Aged 40)

Was appointed a non-executive Director of the Company in March 2006. She was co-head of the Pan European Banks Equity Research and Sales Team and a Managing Director of the Corporate and Investment Bank Group Division at Deutsche Bank AG. She is a non-executive Director of Crown Place VCT plc, Newlon Housing Trust, Outward Housing, and Webface Technology Ventures Limited.

Malcolm Coubrough (Aged 62)

Was appointed a non-executive Director of the Company in 1998. He is chairman and managing director of Charles Coubrough & Co Ltd and associated companies, currently farming 7,500 acres in Strathclyde and the Borders.

Chris Jones (Aged 67)

Was appointed a nonexecutive Director of the Company in 1994. From 1985 until his retirement in 2003 he was head of Investments at Merchant Investors Assurance Company Ltd, a subsidiary of Allianz (UK) Ltd.
