Andy Brough has 20 years of investment experience and has been with Schroders since 1987. He is Co-Head of Schroders’ Pan European Small and Mid Cap Team with Rosemary Banyard, who has 24 years of investment experience.

Andy and Rosemary have been managing Schroder UK Mid & Small Cap Fund plc since Schroders took over as Investment Manager in May 2003.
