Schroder ImmoPLUS today published its half-year results for the end of March 2020, which show very few negative effects from COVID-19 and no associated rent losses.
For the remaining six months of the current business year, uncertainties related to COVID-19 could potentially affect the course of business. Furthermore, within the scope of the political discussion concerning the treatment of commercial rents affected by the lockdown, parliament is still considering measures that could also have an impact on rental income and thus on Schroder ImmoPLUS’ annual results. As such, no outlook can currently be provided for the second half of the 2019/20 financial year.
