For our 10-year anniversary, we decided to turn our data science arm to that most controversial of topics: finding the best places to live. Covid-19 fundamentally changed the commuting landscape, taking hybrid working mainstream, and in the process, widening the option set for many. In this study, we look at how the emergence of working from home has changed the household budgeting arithmetic, and in turn where - and how - you could live.
