Schroders is today announcing the appointment of Lars Blanke into the newly created role of Real Estate Asset Manager for the Nordics region. Lars, who will be based in Stockholm and joins today, will be responsible for implementing the business plans and strategies for the region. He will report to Eva Granlund, Head of Real Estate Investment, Nordics.
Lars has over twenty-five years’ industry experience most recently having worked at Swedish asset manager Hestia Fastighetsforvaltning as head of asset management. Prior to this he has held senior posts at a variety of asset managers including Schroders where he was a transaction director for the Nordic region responsible for deal sourcing and acquisitions from 2007 to 2013. He has an excellent track record of adding value to clients across portfolios.
