Application Process
How do I submit my application?
View the available positions here and apply online for the role that suits you best.
Can I apply for more than one position?
You may only apply to one function in your application.
Do I need a specialised degree in banking or finance to apply?
Your degree can be from any discipline. Your strong interest in asset management and the specific business area you are applying for is the most important to us.
What do I need to prepare for the application?
You should have your CV ready; there is no need for a cover letter. The mandatory assessment questions are not timed but they must be completed in one session (you will not be able to save your responses and return to them later). To avoid losing your work, you are strongly advised to draft your responses in a Word document, then copy and paste your final answer into the application.
What are you looking for in the assessment questions?
You have around 200 words for each answer, so make them count. This is a great chance to express yourself and let us know your ideas. Be truthful as we will probably ask you about your answer when we meet you.
How can I find out about the progress of my application?
We contact all applicants to update them on their progress so if you have not heard from us yet, it is because your application is still under consideration.
I am an international student and I will require a work visa. Can I still apply?
Yes, we will accept your application. If we offer you a role, it will be dependent on you gaining immigration approval before your start date.
What is the online assessment about?
If your application is successful, you will be asked to take an online assessment test. No preparations are required, just be sure to put aside 40 minutes of your time and ensure that you won’t be disturbed. For some parts of the test, you may be able to pause and come back later, but we strongly suggest that you complete it in one sitting. You may take the test on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC, make sure you have a reliable internet connection. More technical details will be sent to you in an email.

What is the video interview about?
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a video interview. Your answers will be recorded on camera, this means you can complete the interview at a time that suits you. The test can be done on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC, make sure you have a reliable internet connection. More technical details will be sent to you in an email.
How do I prepare for the video interview?
Treat the video interview like a face-to-face interview. That means preparing your answers thoroughly and dressing appropriately. Think about where you will be recording your answers. Is the lighting good? What’s the background like? Can we see you clearly?
During the interview, you will have two minutes to prepare for each question and two minutes to answer. You have one chance to complete each question in the video interview. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection or the video uploading may be affected. Once you click to begin the video interview, you won’t be able to leave the page and re-start the interview later on.
