Schroders today announces the expansion of its US Pensions team with the appointment of Suzanne Schechter, Senior Client Director.
Suzanne will serve as a member of the firm’s East Coast Pensions team, supporting public plans, corporates for both defined benefit and defined contribution across the region to help them meet the full range of their fiduciary, investment, risk management and governance responsibilities. She will report to Scott Garrett, US Head of Pensions.
With nearly thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, Suzanne brings to Schroders a wealth of knowledge in institutional new business development, sales, and client service for active public and private equity, fixed income, and alternative mandates. Most recently, she was a Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at Bay Capital Partners Ltd, and has held senior leadership roles at firms including Axiom Investors, Guggenheim Partners, and The Capital Group Companies, Inc.
