Global asset manager Schroders today announced the expansion of its U.S. Intermediary team with two senior appointments, underscoring the firm’s ongoing commitment to delivering differentiated investment solutions and deepening client relationships across its wealth platform.
Dan Suzuki has joined Schroders as an Investment Strategist, where he will help shape and communicate the firm’s market views and investment strategy to clients and partners. He will report to Robert Armstrong, Head of Investment Strategists.
Elizabeth Jaffe joins Schroders as Sales Director, Sub-Advisory, where she will lead efforts to strengthen and expand Schroders’ sub-advisory relationships across priority distribution channels. She will report to Chris Moran, Head of U.S. Intermediary.
Both Elizabeth and Dan will be based in Schroders’ U.S. headquarters in New York.
Dan joins Schroders from Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA), a boutique macro asset management firm, where he served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer. In that role, he was responsible for portfolio strategy, asset allocation, investment management, and marketing to major wirehouses and independent RIAs.
Prior to joining RBA, Dan spent more than 15 years at Bank of America–Merrill Lynch in Global Research, most recently as a Senior Equity Strategist. Earlier in his career, he was a fundamental equity research analyst covering the business services sector.
Elizabeth joins Schroders from BlackRock, where she served as Vice President, Relationship Management, overseeing more than $60 billion in institutional insurance assets. During her tenure, she led key client relationships, drove significant new business growth, and partnered with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across sales, product development, and distribution.
Chris Moran, Head of U.S. Intermediary, said:
“Dan’s deep macro and market expertise, combined with his ability to translate complex investment themes into actionable insights, make him a great addition to our team. His perspective will further strengthen our market strategy and enhance the value we deliver to clients. Elizabeth has a proven ability to cultivate deep client partnerships across the sub-advisory and insurance channels. Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we expand our U.S. wealth platform and continue delivering best-in-class solutions to our partners.”
