In 2020 Schroder Real Estate Funds achieved 9 GRESB Green Stars from 9 participating funds. GRESB, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, is the leading ESG benchmark for real assets. Schroders is a Fund Manager Member of GRESB and we have participated in the survey since 2011.
