Reporting and transparency

Schroders provides regular reporting for each fund to provide transparency on our sustainability programme progress.

Schroders includes Sustainability and Environmental Data Reports in all funds’ annual report and accounts aligned with EPRA or INREV best practice sustainability reporting requirements.

In 2020 Schroder Real Estate Funds achieved 9 GRESB Green Stars from 9 participating funds. GRESB, the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark, is the leading ESG benchmark for real assets. Schroders is a Fund Manager Member of GRESB and we have participated in the survey since 2011.
