Sustainability is a key strategic priority for Schroders. It extends beyond incorporating sustainability considerations into our investment processes. It is also about helping to create awareness and change around environmental and social issues in the communities where we operate.
As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to advancing the progress of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and want to support those initiatives and people who are doing the same. In the UK, we’re partnered with British Olympic Sailor Hannah Mills, founder of the Big Plastic Pledge which aims to eradicate single-use plastics in sport.
We are proud to announce the launch of our #MakingAnImpact collaboration with Sport Singapore. Together we have worked to produce stories of inspiring Team Singapore athletes who, despite their rigorous training schedules, also strive to make an impact on the world in their own unique ways.
