Schroders appoints new Global Head of Product and Defined Contribution
Schroders today announces the appointment of Divyesh Hindocha as Global Head of Product and Defined Contribution from 1 November 2013.
Divyesh joins from Mercer’s investments business, where he was Senior Partner and Global Director of Consulting, responsible for Mercer’s strategic research capabilities globally. He will report to Massimo Tosato, Executive Vice-Chairman.
Divyesh takes over the role from Gavin Ralston who has covered the product role on an interim basis since his promotion to Head of Official Institutions last year.

Divyesh Hindocha is Senior Partner and Global Director of Consulting at Mercer’s investments business, where he created and developed Mercer’s approach to strategic research. He began working at Mercer Investments in 1993, and was Head of Europe (ex-UK), before his current role. Prior to this he worked in its insurance consulting business. Divyesh began his career as an actuary at Legal and General. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1989.
