Raising £4.3m through #CollectiveAction for almost 100 charities around the world
Driving progress and improving futures is at the heart of what we want to achieve through Schroders Giving. With the aim of helping people most affected by the pandemic, through donations and fundraising challenges, our people collectively raised £3.8 million in 16 weeks for 95 charities around the world in response to Covid-19, totaling £4.3 million through our #CollectiveAction campaign.
Our people chose three themes to focus our fundraising efforts on: providing food and essentials, helping helpers and supporting vulnerable people. As our #CollectiveAction campaign comes to a close, we hear from some of the charities our colleagues have helped through their support in our impact video.
“I feel incredibly proud of what has been achieved in just four months. We will continue to provide support for our communities going forwards” – Peter Harrison, Group Chief Executive
