Performance data quoted represents past performance. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost.
If the fund is less than 1 year old, cumulative return since inception is shown; if the fund is greater than 1 year old, annualized return since inception is shown.
Total return figures are net of fees and expenses, which include a 0.25% distribution fee for Advisor Shares and A Shares only (for all funds except for the Schroder North American Equity Fund, which has a 0.35% distribution fee and R Shares of Multi-Asset Growth Fund which has a 0.50% distribution fee), paid under 12b-1, and reflect reinvestment of all dividends and distributions at net asset value. As described in the prospectus, during certain periods shown, the expenses borne by the Fund were limited by the investment adviser; otherwise total return would have been lower.
Performance shown for R6 Shares for periods prior to inception listed, is that of Investor Shares of the Fund (except for R6 Shares of Schroder Global Multi-Cap Equity Fund). For Schroder Global Multi-Cap Equity Fund, R6 Shares and Investor Shares were re-designated from Institutional Shares and Institutional Service Shares, respectively, as of December 19, 2014. As a result, performance calculations for that fund remain unchanged. Performance shown for the new Advisor Shares for the Schroder Global Multi-Cap Equity Fund for periods prior to December 30, 2014, is based on the performance of the Institutional Service Shares class (now Investor Shares), re-calculated to reflect 0.25% of additional fees. Performance shown for the new Advisor Shares for the Schroder Broad Tax-Aware Value Bond Fund for periods prior to December 30, 2014, is based on the performance of the Investor Shares class, re-calculated to reflect 0.25% of additional fees.
R6 Shares are available for purchase by eligible institutional investors, including employer sponsored retirement plans, pension plans, endowments and foundations, and eligible high net worth investors. R6 Shares are generally not available to investors who invest or hold their shares through financial intermediaries, such as clearing firms or record keepers, that expect to receive compensation from the Fund or from Schroders. The minimum initial investment for R6 Shares is $5,000,000 and there is no minimum for additional purchases of R6 Shares.
There can be no guarantee these strategies will be successful or that the investment objective can be achieved.
