Investment Horizons - Spring 2020

The start of the 2020 decade will undoubtedly go down in history as one of the most remarkable time periods both from a capital markets’ perspective, but also from social and societal vantage points as well. The Covid-19 pandemic swept across the world with an unparalleled ferocity not seen in nearly a century, and the present-day measures to manage its impact have already far surpassed the response to the Global Financial Crisis – and will likely continue.

That is why we are devoting this edition of the magazine to memorialize what many believe may end up being one of the most memorable non-manmade events in human history.

The articles we have elected to include encompass a range of topics each of which speak to our response to the pandemic. The first perspective is from our CIO Johanna Kyrklund and
reflects the human-centric sentiment that has carried most of the world through the outbreak: being flexible, resilient and above all, supportive.
