Access Your Electronic Mutual Fund’s Confirmation and Periodic Reports through AKSes KSEI
Following the issuance of Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK)’s Circular Letter No. 1/ SEOJK.04/2020 regarding The Electronic Distribution Procedures of Mutual Funds’ Confirmation and Periodic Reports through the Integrated Investment Management System, we hereby inform you on the following:
- As of 17 February 2021, confirmation letters and periodic reports on Mutual Fund ownership are available electronically and can be accessed online by all Customers through AKSes KSEI (Indonesian Central Securities Depository) service at https://akses.ksei.co.id/
- Confirmation letters and periodic reports of Mutual Funds in hardcopy format will be no longer sent to Customers.
- Prior to using AKSes KSEI service, Customers must register and activate their Customer Account.
- Instructions for registration and activation of Customer Accounts as well as how to access and use AKSes KSEI service are available in a video uploaded to our company website at https://www.schroders.com/en/id/mutual-fund-investment/fund-centre/akses.ksei/.
- Customers who still require confirmation letters and periodic reports in hardcopy format could contact the party where the Customer purchased the Mutual Funds to inform it. Every request for confirmation and periodic reports on the Mutual Funds in hardcopy format will be charged according to the applicable provisions.
