Schroders APAC Operations Academy programme

You will join as a permanent employee and start your career in one of the Operations team. Over the two-year programme, you will have the opportunities to network and meet with the wider business groups. We will support your learning journey to gain the recognised CISI Level 3 Investment Operations Certificate, as well as giving you access to a wide range of training – all you need to gain insights into the world of asset management!

How we fit in at Schroders

Within Operations, we have 8 key functions that work closely together to support the entire client journey. These include Client Onboarding, Asset Servicing, Reconciliation and Reporting among others. We like to think of ourselves as the back-bone in Schroders, enabling the Distribution and Investment teams to do their work effectively and efficiently.
