Max Guimond, CFA

Max is Head of North American Solutions at Schroders, and is responsible for the design and implementation of investment solutions that address the asset allocation, liability hedging and downside risk management needs of Schroders’ clients. He joined Schroders in 2020 and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Schroders, Max held various roles in Investment Solutions at Legal & General Investment Management, Standish and Insight Investment from 2011 to 2020, which involved developing outcome-oriented solutions and products for institutional investors. He started his career as a Derivatives Trader at Milliman from 2006 to 2011, where he executed all derivatives trading across asset classes for the hedging strategies of Variable Annuity and Fixed Indexed Annuity insurance products.

Max is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a BA from Dartmouth College.
