With half a century of investment experience, more than $27bn in assets under management and a portfolio comprising in excess of 1,000 properties, we deploy data-driven insights and a global network of local, entrepreneurial teams to uncover compelling opportunities across hospitality and living, warehousing and logistics and future workplace strategies. 

Our infrastructure equity platform, Schroders Greencoat, is the second-largest renewables investor, and the largest buy-and-hold renewables specialist, globally. With approximately $14bn in assets under management, more than 375 renewable energy assets owned and a net generation capacity of 6.5GW, our teams are able to provide unrivalled access to opportunities across the global energy transition.  

Our private debt and credit alternatives teams are at the forefront of the evolving market for alternative fixed income. With close to $37bn in assets under management, our teams provide access to a range of defensive, diversifying, uncorrelated and opportunistic income, through strategies ranging from infrastructure and real estate debt, to specialty finance, asset-backed lending and insurance-linked securities.
