Application process

Graduates and Interns

How to apply

  1. Click on the ‘apply now’ button to start your application
  2. Register your personal details
  3. Attach your CV (no need for a covering letter)
  4. Answer our assessment questions. They’re not timed, but you must complete them in one session; you can’t save them and return later
  5. If your application’s successful, you’ll be asked to take an online numerical and inductive reasoning test
  6. Pass the online tests and you’ll need to complete a video interview
  7. If you’re successful, we'll ask you to come in for an assessment day
  8. Impress us at the assessment centre and we’ll invite you to a final interview with senior members of the business area you’ve applied to.

Trainees and Apprentices

How to apply

1. When applications open, click on the ‘apply now’ button to start your application

2. Register your personal details

3. Attach your CV (no need for a covering letter)

4. Answer our assessment questions. They’re not timed, but you must complete them in one session. You can’t save them and return later

5. If your application impresses, you’ll be asked to complete some online aptitude tests - these tests only take about 30 minutes to complete and you will be given some practice tests to do first so you can prepare

6. If you pass the tests, you’ll then be invited to complete a video interview

7. If you’re successful, we’ll ask you to come in for an assessment day.
