Following the conversion to a Property Authorised Investment Fund on 31 July 2012, the Schroder UK Real Estate Fund's valuation point is 8am on the first business day of each calendar month. The share price is based on property and other asset valuations as at the last business day of the immediately preceding month.
% Yield for both funds reflects the income of the Fund distributable to investors gross of tax and net of all expenses and liabilities (actual, estimated or contingent). Unitholders in Schroder UK Real Estate Fund Feeder Trust will receive their distributions net of corporation tax.
