The property multi-manager business was launched in 1997. Today we have one of the largest and most experienced teams in the market. At 31 March 2012, we manage £2.5 billion ($4.0 billion / €3.0 billion) of assets through separate accounts or pooled funds on behalf of over 25 public and private pension schemes, endowment funds, insurance funds and other investors.
The core portfolio management/analyst team is supported by dedicated real estate researchers, a dealing and operations team and client servicing specialists. We believe the broad range of skills within our team sets us apart from other managers.
