Matthew has been managing the fund since launch in 1995. His career commenced in 1981 when he joined Schroders in London as an investment analyst.

He has worked in the United States and in Singapore, and is currently based in London running both specialist Asian and global equity portfolios. Matthew is Schroders’ Head of Global Small Cap Equities.
