Recommended Offer for Picton Property Income - 31 July 2026
The Boards of SREIT, LondonMetric and Picton are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended all-share offer pursuant to which LondonMetric and SREIT will acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Picton.
