A financial adviser answers and asks the right questions

Before any investment, it’s worth getting clarity on what you want to get out of it. Different people have different goals, time frames and risk/reward tolerances, for starters. If you’re unsure of what’s best for you, a financial adviser should be your first port of call. They’ll give you independent advice based on your specific situation, and help you choose the products that best fit your needs. (If you need help finding one, you can look here.)

Invest instantly through an online platform

If you’ve chosen a fund to invest in independently and don’t require advice, there’s the option of investing through an online UK platform. We’ve listed the websites of some below. (Note that we’re not recommending or endorsing these companies, who are completely separate to us, and we’re not responsible for anything you might find on their websites.)
