About Schroders in Luxembourg

Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. (“SIM EU”), supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF),  was incorporated in Luxembourg in August 1991. It is authorised as a UCITS management company under Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 and as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) under Chapter 2 of the Law of 12 July 2013. In addition, SIM EU holds authorisation to provide certain investment services (“MiFID top-up services”) in accordance with the article 101-1 (3) of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010.

SIM EU provides central support to Schroders’ European fund business, including the management of a wide range of investment funds and the provision of related services.

The Company operates a network of branches across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.
