How we exercise voting rights

For funds where investment management is performed within the Schroder Group we follow the Schroders ESG Policy which contains our engagement and voting policies. The policy is available at this link.

For funds where the investment management is delegated to entities outside the Schroder Group, voting rights attached to instruments held by such funds are exercised by each investment manager in accordance its voting policy.
