Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. (“SIM EU”) is aware of persons targeting investors in the Netherlands fraudulently using the name “Schroder Management S.A.” and our corporate address and scamming investor through an alleged crypto investment scheme called “Healthcare innovation”.

Those scammers pose as legitimate organisations and create fraudulent documents to solicit monetary payments potentially via crypto assets.

Financial scams are complex as the perpetrators might use real employee names, corporate entities and replicate proprietary documentation.

Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. or any other Schroders Group entity is not related to the above-mentioned activities.
