The role of the Schroder Multi-Asset Income Fund in portfolios
Given its absolute return focus, the Fund can replace an existing allocation to other income assets such as low-yielding cash and term deposits.
The Fund is an ideal core holding in a ‘core-satellite’ approach. Satellite investments provide strategic exposure to specific asset classes, dialled up or down to support investor needs.
For clients using the ‘risk buckets’ approach for their investment portfolio, the Fund offers a good match for the medium- to long-term bucket.
Total portfolio solution
With its diversification and liquidity, the Fund offers a whole of portfolio solution for clients seeking income and capital preservation, especially those in retirement.
