SBSI portfolio company, Wight Community Energy, is one of the solar sites that together make up Community Energy Together Limited. Community Energy Together is a group of community energy sites which use additional revenues from selling electricity to the National Grid to fund local social projects - helping local residents at risk of fuel poverty and other disadvantage, as well as local low-carbon projects.
