Schroder Real Estate Hotels has invested in hotels since 2002 and the team's experience ranges across ten European countries, ownership structures and hotel use and its track record is focused on three, four and five-star rated hotels as well as managed structures, leased and independently operated hotels.
The team consists of over 35 dedicated hotels professionals across three offices and a number of specialisms, including: investment management, asset management, finance, operations, ESG and sustainability, and project management.
Schroder Real Estate Hotels (formerly Algonquin Management Partners) was acquired by Schroders in May 2018 and is now fully integrated into the Schroder business.
Any information held on this website relating to periods prior to 31 October 2018 will relate to Algonquin. On 31 October 2018 Algonquin was converted to the Schroder Real Estate Hotels. With effect from 1 November 2018, Algonquin changed its name to Schroder Real Estate Hotels.
