Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG is today able to announce the successful conclusion of the capital increase for the Schroder ImmoPLUS fund. Investors subscribed to new units with a total value of CHF 129.6 million. The capital increase was carried out on a best effort basis within the framework of a public rights issue. At the same time the units were split in a ratio of 1:8, with the intention of making the units easier to trade. As a result, one unit before the split entitled the holder to subscribe for one new unit at the subscription / issue price of CHF 135.
In total, all 959,899 new units were subscribed to. 99.8% of the rights were exercised and existing investors subscribed the remaining units. Following the capital increase, a total of 8,639,091 units are now in circulation.
The settlement date and the first trading day for the new units will take place on 19 February 2018.
The issue proceeds will be used for fund consolidation and to finance the future growth plans of this quality-oriented real estate portfolio.
