Introducing Schroder ISF Dynamic Income

The fund aims to make a fixed payout of 7% per annum ('p.a.' applicable to A USD Dis MF, A GBP Hedged Dis MF, A HKD Dis MF and A RMB Hedged Dis MF classes. Dividend may be paid out of capital)**, whilst achieving better risk-adjusted total returns than typical 60% equity/40% fixed income balanced funds.

*Alternative sources of income within the portfolio include convertibles, insurance linked securities, emerging market debt and securitised credit.

**The manager will make distributions in respect of distribution share class. The manager reserves the right to change the rate and/or frequency of distributions of distribution share classes, subject to one month’s prior notification to the relevant shareholders. For distribution share classes, the distribution rate is not guaranteed. Distribution yield is not indicative of the return of the fund. Distributions may be paid out of the capital of the fund at the manager’s discretion. This amounts to a return or withdrawal of part of the amount originally invested or capital gains attributable to that and may result in an immediate decrease in the net asset value per share. For details of the distribution policy and frequency of all share classes, please refer to the dividend policy and frequency table stated in the fund offering document.
