Schroders is proud to announce that the firm has been named UK Core Property Manager of the Year at the prestigious Professional Pensions Investment Awards.
The Schroder UK Real Estate Fund (SREF) was praised by a panel of judges who were impressed by the core strategy which seeks to balance stable income alongside alpha generation.
The judges also recognised the strength of the relationship SREF and Schroders’ Real Estate platform have maintained with tenants in a challenging environment amid the outbreak of Covid-19.
The 2020 awards highlighted asset managers who have demonstrated excellent performance over a difficult 12 months.
Shortlisted entrants were judged by a distinguished panel of industry judges, and the winners were announced on Thursday 3 December.
