Subscription, redemption and distribution payment forms
With effect from 18 December 2025, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (“SUTL”), as the Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) of Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund (“SCREF” or the “Fund”) and Authorised Fund Manager (AFM) of Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund Feeder Trust (the “Feeder Trust”), with agreement from the Depositary (NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services), has taken the decision to suspend the issuance and redemptions of shares in the Fund and units in the Feeder Trust. The suspension of dealing applies to all share classes in the Fund and all unit classes in the Feeder Trust.
