Kevin McCarthy
Non-executive Director
Kevin was appointed as a non-executive Director on 1 October 2026.
Kevin is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Nuveen and a member of the Nuveen Executive Management Team. He is responsible for overseeing the legal functions of Nuveen's domestic and international businesses and provides senior executive support to a number of fund boards. Kevin joined Nuveen in 2007 and has held a number of senior legal leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Nuveen, he was a partner with the law firm Bell, Boyd & Loyd LLC.
External appointments: Member of the Anne and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital Foundation Board, Chairman of the SRCC Scholarship Foundation.
