Developing our people

We invest in our people through training, development opportunities, breaking down barriers to entry and promotion, and reviewing policies for work-life balance and wellbeing. We aim to attract people with the skills and the passion to help us achieve our purpose.

Our role as an active investor

We integrate social issues into our analysis and look at how companies impact the societies in which they operate. Our proprietary tool, SustainExTM, helps us estimate and integrate this into our investment decisions. As an active investment manager we believe we can increase the value of or clients investments through engagement with the companies and assets in which we invest. Working with companies allows us to gain insights and encourage them to take action. Key themes of our engagement include human rights, human capital management, diversity and inclusion, and corporate governance.

We have a comprehensive mental and physical health agenda with global employee assistance and mental health first aiders at several locations.
