Saira was appointed as a non-executive Director on 1 October 2026.
Saira is Chief Investment Officer of Nuveen and a member of the Nuveen Executive Management Team. She leads Nuveen's global investment platform and chairs the firm's Global Investment Committee. Since joining Nuveen in 2003, Saira has held a number of senior investment leadership roles, including Head of Global Equities Portfolio Management and Head of Global Equities Research. Prior to joining Nuveen, she held investment management roles at JP Morgan Asset Management.
