William Huffman

Bill was appointed as a non-executive Director on 1 October 2026.

Bill is Chief Executive Officer of Nuveen. He chairs the Nuveen Executive Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee of Nuveen’s parent company, TIAA. He previously led Nuveen’s Equities and Fixed Income business and served as the president of Nuveen Asset Management. Before joining Nuveen in 2008, he held several senior leadership roles at Northern Trust, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Trust Global Advisors, Inc.
