Schroders is widely recognized and highly successful in Asia Pacific, where we have had a presence for over 50 years. Across Asia Pacific we have over 800 employees who service our clients from 10 offices. We have a diverse and talent group of people working across our Asia Pacific business, who have all contributed to the region’s success.
Schroders is invested in developing enjoyable and sustainable careers in investment management. That’s why we’ve crafted our graduate programme in order to give you the expertise, skills and exposure you need to build a long-term future. For all our graduates it starts with a full-on induction into investment management and the way we work at Schroders. This is a great opportunity for networking – you will not only meet your peers, but also have contact with some of the most senior people in the business.
We have created an open culture where your integrity is valued and where relationships are based on trust. It is a culture that encourages you to achieve your best in the workplace while also recognising the importance of developing a rewarding life outside it. So you can make your own career decisions safe in the knowledge that your progress is based on merit.
Following your induction, which takes place with all the other new graduates from across our global programme, you will join your department, where you will be part of a team, involved in live projects right from the start. And the learning does not stop; you will have on-going expert technical training that makes sure you develop the skills you need.
Our graduate and internship programmes cover a number of different business areas, such as Distribution, Fixed Income, Operations, Information Technology, Fund Services, and Digital Marketing.
